Being a Renegade is about carving your own path in life.
It’s about making your OWN choices about what is best for YOU.
It’s about trusting your gut and doing what feels right, regardless of how crazy that might seem to others.
Why Dad?
When I became a Dad, I had a really hard time finding exercise and diet information that was specifically geared towards really busy people (like Dad’s) who have barely any free time.
So I decided to create a site to cut through the clutter and focus on providing information on the fastest and most effective ways to improve health.
The Evolution
The site has evolved rapidly since I launched it and it is still very much about diet and exercise but really about a holistic approach to health.
One of the biggest missing pieces to the common health advice out there is the connection between Happiness and Health.
This may be the single most important piece to improving health and it’s a topic I intend to cover extensively moving forward.
I’ve been a life-long student of exercise and nutrition. I started working out at a very young age (about 6) and never stopped. I’ve devoured thousands of books, magazines and articles on health and have applied everything I’ve learned to see what works and what doesn’t.
I don’t have a degree in exercise or nutrition. What I have is about 30 years of real world experience putting everything I’ve studied and learned to use.
The reason I created this site was to fulfill my purpose of helping others.
I see a lot of crap out there and there is a ton of confusion about how to improve health.
My goal is to weed out the crap and provide you with the best, most current information to help you improve your health without a lot of wasted time and frustration.
I hope you find it valuable but it isn’t for everyone.
There are still a lot of great health sites on the web so I hope you find one that fits best for you.
