Dadhood can be really tough. But I believe the tough things in life are like signs along the road of life to help us go in the right direction.
I started this website to share some of the exercise and nutrition tips I used to improve my health after becoming a Dad.
But sometimes I can’t help but talk about some of the other challenges that come with Dadhood. You’ll find info about nutrition and exercise but also stories of my own journey to becoming a better Dad.
That’s why you might see articles about a better way to navigate life and when life gets hard remember what is most important.
The goal with sharing all of this is to help make a difference in someone else’s life, no matter how small.
